Where tickets are sold for New Era Boxing events, admission will be subject to the ticket terms, venue rules, safety requirements and any additional event-specific conditions.
A valid ticket or confirmed guest place may be required for entry.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from an event where we consider it necessary for safety, security, legal, licensing, venue, operational or reputational reasons.

Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, tickets are generally non-refundable.
For events linked to a specific date or period of performance, the usual 14-day online cancellation right may not apply where permitted by applicable consumer law.
If an event is cancelled by New Era Boxing and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be offered a refund or another remedy in accordance with applicable law and the ticket terms.
If an event is rescheduled, postponed, moved to another venue or materially changed, we will communicate the available options to ticket holders where applicable.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other personal costs incurred in connection with an event being cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or changed, unless required by law.
Tickets may not be resold, transferred for commercial gain, used in competitions, promotions or hospitality packages, or offered as part of any commercial arrangement without written permission from New Era Boxing.
VIP tables, hospitality packages and premium guest arrangements may be subject to separate written terms, payment schedules, guest limits and venue rules.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Sponsorship, partnership, brand activation and commercial arrangements are subject to separate written agreement.
No sponsorship, advertising, brand placement, exclusivity, logo placement, event naming right, ring branding, media feature, social media promotion or hospitality package is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by New Era Boxing.
We reserve the right to reject sponsorship or partnership enquiries that do not align with the brand, values, audience, event requirements or legal obligations of New Era Boxing.
Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that any logos, artwork, claims, marketing materials, products, services or promotions they provide are lawful, accurate and do not infringe any third-party rights.
Submitting a boxer application does not guarantee selection, approval, matching, participation or payment.
All boxer applications are subject to review by New Era Boxing and, where applicable, relevant matchmakers, coaches, managers, medical professionals, officials, regulatory bodies, licensing authorities, insurers and event partners.
Boxers may be required to provide:
Professional boxers must hold the correct licence, medical clearance and approval required by the relevant boxing authority and event regulations.
Amateur boxers must meet the applicable eligibility, safety, medical and regulatory requirements for participation.
New Era Boxing reserves the right to reject, withdraw or amend any boxer application or proposed bout at any time for safety, sporting, regulatory, licensing, insurance, medical, operational or reputational reasons.
Boxing is a combat sport and carries inherent risks.
All participants, including boxers, trainers, corners, officials and support teams, must follow applicable boxing rules, medical requirements, licensing conditions, venue rules, safety instructions and event procedures.
New Era Boxing may require medical checks, weigh-ins, documentation, licence verification or other checks before allowing participation.
Any participant who fails to meet the required standard, documentation, conduct, medical or safety requirement may be refused participation.
New Era Boxing events may be photographed, filmed, recorded or live-streamed for promotional, commercial, archive, press, sponsor, security and event documentation purposes.
By attending a New Era Boxing event, you acknowledge that you may appear in general event photography or video footage.
This may include:
Boxers, trainers, officials, sponsors, partners, performers and invited guests may be featured more prominently where relevant to the event.
You must not commercially film, stream, broadcast or record the event without prior written permission from New Era Boxing.
All content on this website and connected to New Era Boxing is owned by or licensed to New Era Boxing unless otherwise stated.
